🜁 Shipping & Delivery
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom spell kits or handmade items may take longer due to their sacred nature. You will be notified if extra time is needed.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We currently ship via Australia Post.
Within Australia: Standard and Express options are available at checkout.
International Orders: Shipping is available to selected countries. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Additional customs or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that some products, including spell kits containing seeds, animal byproducts (such as snake shed), or essential oils, may be restricted in certain countries.
Tracking Information
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services or customs. If your order is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll do our best to support a resolution.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

All digital content (courses, meditations, eBooks, printables, etc.) is non-refundable. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct item before checkout. If you have trouble accessing your download, reach out and we’ll make sure you receive what you purchased.
